Our academic program
allows students to complete all classes from anywhere there is a computer and at
their own pace. Everything is delivered straight to your computer, from lessons
to tests to progress reports. There are no books or CDs to purchase.
Accredited classes are available in every
subject. Courses can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from anywhere
there is a computer and a connection to the internet.
Creative problem-solving, leadership, critical
thinking, imagination, and responsibility are vital for a thoughtful and
fulfilling life. Our curriculum is designed to impart these skills and to
provide students with the ability to navigate in the global community. Our
students have multiple opportunities to develop intellectually and artistically.
Here, there is a passion for learning and a joy for living. Early courses
provide students with a firm grasp of fundamental principles, focusing on the
development of sound study skills and problem-solving techniques. As students
progress, they have the opportunity to select from a range of elective courses.
Students are encouraged to take Advanced Placement courses in areas in which
they are proficient.
Live Help for Students
Students (or parents) who have a question about
solving an algebra equation or formulating a thesis statement for an English
essay can connect to what they really need - a tutor who can walk them through
finding the solution to their problem. Students are able to connect to tutors
through links in our website. They select the subject they need help with and
their grade level, and are instantly connected with a subject expert in an easy
to use online classroom. All help is provided in real-time, one-to-one with real
tutors, and students are asked to complete a brief satisfaction survey at the
end of the session. Tutoring sessions can be as long or short as each student
likes, and students are welcome to log on and off at their leisure to seek as
much assistance as they desire.
The easiest way to home school
 We
take the worry out of home schooling. No matter what your position in life, it's
difficult to remember everything needed to teach your child at home. This is
especially true in the upper grades.
Working with teaching guides, answer keys, and
grading systems can be frustrating at times. Our curriculum does it all for you
and provides reports and portfolios that enable you to easily comply with state
requirements. We provide everything you need to give your child an outstanding
education.
We help your child
We help at-risk students with remedial help in
reading, writing, spelling, science, English, math, and social studies. Our
one-on-one online tutoring in specific areas gives your child confidence to ask
for help without fear. As a parent you get peace of mind. We also offer GED prep
courses for those who require it.
